Deposits, Changes and Cancellations

  • Payment of the first night is required upon booking.

Off-peak – All balances owing must be paid in full on arrival.

  • Any changes or cancellations must be made 48hours prior to arrival or the FULL deposit is forfeited.
  • A $25.00 CANCELLATION FEE is payable for all cancellations.

Peak – Outstanding balance is due 30 days prior to arrival, guests will receive a notification via email in relation to the payment.

  • Any changes or cancellations must be made 30 days prior to arrival or 50% of your booking will be forfeited.
  • A $25.00 CANCELLATION FEE is payable for all cancellations.

No changes or cancellations will be accepted to bookings made through any third-party website i.e., Wotif, Expedia, etc. Please refer to these particular third-party channels for their terms and conditions.

No refunds will be given for cancellations due to weather if you leave early or other circumstances beyond our control.

Kids aged 2 and over are considered child guests, those aged under 2 are considered infants.

Check-in / Check-out Procedures

  • Check-in is 2 pm and check-out is 10 am.
  • Reception hours are 8 am to 6:30 pm, guests arriving outside these times must contact reception on 08 8725 9856 to make alternate arrangements.
  • Guests who fail to arrive on the designated day or who arrive after reception hours and have not made alternate arrangements will forfeit the cost of the first night.
  • All linen, bedding and towels are supplied in accommodation.

Porta-cots & Highchairs

  • Porta-cots are available to hire for accommodation only.
  • A $10.00 charge to hire (including linen) applies.
  • High chairs are also available to hire, free of charge.

Please contact reception prior to arrival to arrange a porta-cot and high chair hire, which is subject to availability.

Special Requests / Allocations

Special requests/allocations are on a request basis only and are not guaranteed at the time of booking. Please contact the park for confirmation of a request. Due to variations of reservations, specific room and/or site allocations cannot be guaranteed.

Lost Property Policy

Blue Lake Holiday Park takes no responsibility for any lost / stolen items from accommodation or vehicles within the park. Any perishables or toiletries that are found in accommodation open/used will be discarded immediately.

Minimum Stays

Minimum booking periods apply during certain times of the year. School holidays, long weekends and selected events are generally when these apply. Please refer to our website or contact our reception.

Pet Policy

Blue Lake Holiday Park does allow pets in certain types of accommodation. A one-off cleaning fee of $15 per stay is applicable on cabins. Please contact us on 08 8725 9856 to make arrangements.

Park Policies

Cleaning – Accommodation is to be left clean and tidy with dishes and cookware washed and put away. All rubbish is to be removed and placed in the park bins provided. Blue Lake Holiday Park reserves the right to charge a $50.00 cleaning fee for cabins left in an unacceptable manner.

Damage – All registered guests shall be liable for any loss or damage to the appliances, furniture, fixtures and fittings in the accommodation. Fair wear and tear excluded. A fee may be charged if damage has occurred.

Room service – A room service of accommodation is ONLY included in the full-priced tariff of guests staying longer than 7 nights, however, a service can be requested at a cost. Please contact reception with 24 hours notice if you would like a service.

Smoking – All accommodation is strictly NON SMOKING. Failure to comply with this policy will incur a $200.00 cleaning fee.

Noise – Quiet please after 10 pm. Guests are not permitted to host parties within the park.

Pool, waterslides, playground and jumping pillow – parental supervision required for children 12 years of age and under.

Visitor Policy

In fairness to our paying guests, we now have a visitor policy in place.

Our park facilities have been designed to cater for our guests at its maximum occupancy and therefore during peak times, visitors may not be allowed to enter the park.

If you are a guest in the park expecting a visitor, please ask at reception upon check-in. All visitors must report to reception on arrival.

Facebook competitions & giveaways

Prizes cannot be used during peak periods; such as long weekends and school holidays etc. Bookings are subject to availability.
